Cultural experience company, Aswan
Culture is not meant to be watched from a distance. It is meant to be lived.
We plan immersive stays in small Nile villages, cross-cultural gatherings and identity-driven music events. You live the days here. You do not tour them.
What the name means
ENTO means “you” in Arabic. The company is about you, the people.
In our mark the o is drawn as two interlocked chain links in polished silver. Two cultures joined, a connection that does not break. That is the whole idea, held in one letter.
We are not a sightseeing operator. We are a cultural movement built on belonging: travellers who contribute instead of observe, hosts who stay themselves, and a circle that keeps in touch long after the trip ends.
Our own photographs
The river, the villages, the desert and the nights. Tap any image to see it larger.
For independent travellers, small groups and event-goers. People who would rather belong to a place for a while than look at it.
One world, five strands
We work as one ecosystem, not a menu of services.
Travel, media, events, entertainment and community feed each other. A village stay can end in a fusion night. A night can become a film. The people you meet stay in the circle afterwards.
-
Travel
Immersive journeys. You stay in a small village and live the local day: waking at sunrise, sharing meals with families, helping farmers in the fields, joining fishermen at dawn, learning crafts from the people who make them.
-
Media
We document real human stories rather than tourist content. Emotion, authenticity, and voices that would otherwise be lost.
-
Events
Cross-cultural fusion nights. When a group spans several countries, each guest brings their own culture: food, music, clothing, dance, stories. For one evening the cultures become a single circle.
-
Entertainment
Identity-driven music events on Nile islands, in desert landscapes and at culturally significant sites. Electronic and world music blended with local identity. We handle concept, DJ curation, sound and light, and scenography.
-
Community
A global network of people united by shared experience. You arrive as a guest and leave part of the circle.
The idea we are built on
Belonging over tourism.
A fixed itinerary keeps you at arm's length. Village life does the opposite. You sleep where the family sleeps, eat what they eat, and take a turn at the work of the day. The contribution is the point. You are useful, not on show.
It means early mornings and real days. It also means conversations you cannot buy anywhere else. We build human bridges instead of schedules, and we agree the shape of it with you before you come.
- Sunrise starts, and a day that follows the village rather than a coach
- Meals shared with the family you stay with
- Hours in the fields with farmers, or out at dawn with fishermen
- Crafts learned from the people who practise them
Fusion nights
Everyone brings a piece of home.
When a group comes from five different countries, we do not put on a show for them. We ask each guest to bring something of their own culture: a dish, a song, a dance, a garment, a story. Then we set the room, the food and the music around all of it.
By the end of the evening there is one circle in the room instead of several. These nights can sit inside a trip, or stand on their own.
The entertainment arm
Music with a sense of place.
Our nightlife side puts on identity-driven music events: on Nile islands, out in desert landscapes, and at culturally significant sites. Electronic and world music, built around local identity rather than dropped on top of it.
We take a night from the first idea through to the last track. If you are producing something and you want it to belong to the place it happens in, talk to us.

Three plan levels
Tell us the level. The trip is designed after that.
The belief behind the experience is the same at every level. What changes is the comfort and the scale around it.
-
Budget
Simple, close to village life, light on extras.
Planned to your itinerary -
Lifestyle
More comfort and more moving parts, with the immersion kept intact.
Planned to your itinerary -
Luxury
The same idea, arranged with the highest level of comfort and production.
Planned to your itinerary
We do not publish packages or prices. Nothing here is a fixed product, so every trip and every event is worked out for the people coming. Tell us the level, the dates and the group, and we will put the plan together.
How it works
Three steps, and a proper conversation in the middle.
You enquire
Message us on WhatsApp, or leave a note in the form below. There is no booking engine and no payment on this site.
We plan it
We talk first: who is coming, how long for, what you want out of it. Then we build the itinerary around that.
You confirm
You read it, change what you want changed, and confirm when it looks right to you.
About entours
An Egyptian cultural experience company, based in Aswan.
entours brings two decades of experience in cultural experience design, event production and cross-cultural community building.
We work in and around Aswan, along the Nile and out into the desert. The work always has the same shape: put people inside a culture, give them something real to do in it, and let the connection carry on afterwards. Travel, media, events, entertainment and community are five ways of doing that one thing.
- Based in Aswan, Egypt, and working from there
- Two decades in cultural experience design, event production and community building
- Enquiry only: no online booking, no payment taken on this site

Questions people ask us
If yours is not here, put it in a message. We would rather talk it through than guess.
Can I book a trip online?
No. We work by enquiry. You message us, we talk about what you are after, then we plan the itinerary and send it over. You confirm once you are happy with it. Nothing is paid through this site.
What is a village stay actually like?
You live the local day rather than visiting it. That usually means waking at sunrise, eating with the family you are staying with, time helping farmers in the fields or going out with fishermen at dawn, and learning a craft from the people who practise it. It is hands-on and it starts early.
Is this a sightseeing tour?
No. We are a cultural experience company, not a coach itinerary. Our belief is that culture is not meant to be watched from a distance, so the days are built around taking part and contributing, not ticking off sites.
What do the three plan levels mean?
Budget, lifestyle and luxury. The idea behind the trip does not change between them. The comfort and the scale around it does. We do not publish prices or packages, because every plan is put together for your itinerary after we have spoken.
I am travelling with a group from several countries. Does that work?
It is one of the best things we do. On a fusion night each guest brings something from their own culture: food, music, clothing, dance, a story. We arrange the evening around all of it, so the group becomes one circle rather than several.
Where do you work?
We are based in Aswan, Egypt, and we work in the villages and along the river around it, out in the desert, and at culturally significant sites. Tell us what you have in mind and we will be honest about whether we can do it.
Can you produce an event without a trip attached?
Yes. The entertainment side stands on its own: concept, DJ curation, sound and light, and scenography for identity-driven music events on Nile islands, in desert landscapes and at cultural sites. Send us the outline and we will talk it through.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
As early as you can. Nothing here is off the shelf, and village stays and events both take arranging. If your dates are close, message us anyway and we will tell you straight what is possible.
Enquire
Tell us who is coming and what you want to live.
WhatsApp is how we actually talk to people, and the number goes to a mobile we answer. Start there and we will take it from a conversation into a plan. Email works too, it is just slower.
